I can not express or describe how great the customer service was. Not the usual pushy sales staff! Such a comfortable, clean environment and everyone was so nice! They provided all facts and answered any questions that we asked! Phenomenally organized, even provided a folder to hold all paperwork to keep together so I wouldn’t have to fumble around looking for documents. If I could give a higher rating I would because they well deserve it! Best dealership I have had a positive experience with hands down! Will go back for future purchases!

Great friendly ppl.. all the cars come with a car fax history report. & a 24 month warranty ($100 deductible) I’ve had my car a little over a month …2013 Ford edge ..drives amazingly.. i believe the entire process took a little over an hour to purchase. this includes test drive & paperwork. I have my payments split bc I get paid bi weekly (I love having the option of how I want to pay .. weekly, biweekly, monthly)I love these ppl … they stand behind their cars ..

Today I purchased a car from Misty Smith. I must say the staff was very friendly and very helpful!! The whole experience was easy! I've been turned down by several other car lots. Brothers Auto took the time to actually work with lenders and myself to get me approved! I highly recommend that anyone who's been denied by other car lots to try Brothers Auto in Conway SC. Such an amazing experience! This is the first car I bought on my own and they were so helpful throughout the whole process! They even bought me lunch as I was waiting for my final thing come through! I bought a 2012 Ford Focus and it’s such a good car! Also came with a 2 year warranty! Cannot recommend them enough!

I just wanna say these are great people !!! I was worried at first because my ford started acting up like a week after getting it (its not there fault things happen) but he has help me handle fixing it and going a extra mile to make sure my car is good to go !! I really appreciate it and if ur looking for a car they have great prices and they will work you ,, shout out klevin sorry if I spell wrong but he is the og , great man !!!

The staff were excellent. The vehicles are well taken care of. They don’t sell junk that’s for sure. They work with you on financing. Very communicative. Will do business here again in the future.
